	We live in a thatched property In rural Devon amongst other thatched houses. We have employed CountryHeat during the last 10 years or so. They have installed and serviced both our woodburning stove and chimney during that time and we have found them to be prompt and efficient and would have no hesitation in recommending them. 	We have used Countryheat to install and service both our woodburners since 2007 when we moved in our thatched 16th Century Cottage on the fringes of Dartmoor. I recommend them without hesitation. They are efficient, dependable, professional, and friendly. They give good, trustworthy advice, and are always there at the end of the phone if you need them. Also, ( and this is important they will never bodge something or compromise just to save us a few quid. They realise that it's totally counterproductive to go down that route, because inevitably (if something went wrong) the house insurance would be invalid. Like I say, professionals who can be trusted. Basically, when you find someone good, don't change to someone else. And Countryheat are good. D.C.

	Installation of a New Liner Countryheat came yesterday and completed the chimney liner, we were really impressed with them as a Company and very pleasant/polite people to have around, we would thoroughly recommend them for any future work. 	Twin Wall Chimney Flue System The new flue is a big improvement on the previous one, and should see the woodburner working more efficiently when we get around to firing it up in a month or two.
